Testimonials

"The Alexander Technique applies the principles of postural alignment and muscular release to alleviate chronic pain and repetitive strain/overuse injuries. When traditional approaches have yielded only limited gains, Instruction in the Alexander Technique by Mrs. Irma Konrad has been of benefit to number of my patients with chronic pain"
- S. Vallentyne, M.D. FRCPC, Head, Rehabilitation Medicine, Winnipeg Municipal Hospital

"I thought I had lost my voice until I started working with Irma. Now the resonance I hear and feel as I speak gives me joy every day. Seven years ago, I moved to the alto section in the church choir because of diminished vocal range after menopause. Now, not only is my speaking voice strong, but my soprano range is returning! Maybe it's too strong to say Irma is a miracle worker, but that's how it feels to me!" - Elenore Wieler, Teacher, Choir Conductor, Vocalist

"I feel the Alexander Technique gives me a sense of ease, lightness and fluidity in playing the viola"
- Jim Froelich, former violist with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra
